NBA Vegas Summer League Cancelled?

This maybe it for awhile until they could fine a resolution to the current issue that could plague the NBA this season.

As a Collective Bargaining Agreement talks continues the NBA fans would have to wait and suffer the consequences. The biggest issue is the hard salary cap and the level at which it gets set. Next meeting, we are all hoping that they could finally resolve the concern or else a lock out could be in place.
