Terrence Romeo NBA Bound ? Fact or Myth

Terrence Romeo NBA Bound?

In the recently held FIBA Asia stint of the Philippine Team, the squad fell short in achieving a slot in the Rio Olympics by losing in their finals  game against the gigantic Chinese squad. But all of the fans have their hearts filled with pride seeing the Gilas team played with Heart and never threw the white flag on the court.

One of the most noticeable players in this stint was Terrence Romeo of the Global Port Batang Pier in the PBA. Romeo has shown in the jones cup and in FIBA Asia that his skills and style of play can consistently hurt the rival teams.

It was reported that NBA  teams sent scouts to check on the players in Asia.

News recently surfaced that Terrence Romeo was one of the players that are being considered and have actually gotten a 10-day contract to play in the NBA- D- League.  While we know that every basketball player wanted to play in the NBA and that Terrence Romeo himself would cherish the opportunity to play, the truth is, there is no such offer, this was confirmed by a reliable source.

We are writing this in response to the website who have written the article about the news. It is not true that Terrence Romeo got an offer.
