Bellator MMA Just Announced - Royce Gracie VS Ken Shamrock III

Bellator MMA just announced that their February 19, 2016 fight card in Houston will be headlined by MMA pioneers Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock.   These two are legends but are way passed the prime of their careers.  Is this good for the sport? What can we expect from this fight?
