Temple splits its last two men's college basketball games
In Temple men's college basketball, the Owls are 5-5 on the young season. In its most recent game last Saturday the Owls cruised past Delaware State (0-11) 78-63. This was after losing to St. Joseph's 66-65 in overtime on December 13th.
In its win over Delaware State, Temple got 20 points from Quenton DeCosey and 14 points from Josh Brown. Delaware State was led by DeAndre Haywood who had 21 points.
In a nailbiter in their previous game, the Owls gave up a win to St. Joseph's on their homecourt. It was St. Joe's first road win in the series since 2008.
Obi Enechionyia led Temple with 25 points. Its next game is on December 29th at Cincinnati.
