Filipino based in Australia and the defending WBA Pan African & Pan Asian Boxing Association (PABA) Superlightweight champion Augusto Czar Amonsot (30-3,18) will defend his titles against Indonesian Geisler Ap (17-7) tomorrow evening at the Melbourne Pavillion, Flemington in Melbourne Australia.
Amonsot is unbeaten for almost 7 years and rated no.10 in World Boxing Association. According to his Aussie promoter Brian Amatruda, Amonsot is ready and they are willing to travel to UK or Russia for a world title shot. If he will beat Geisler Ap tomorrow night in a very impressive way he may get the winner of Michele Di Rocco-Ricky Burns WBA Superlightweight showdown that is scheduled for May 21st.
