"I tried to give it my all when I was out there but it's sore," Rose said. "Will get treatment, try to get back on the court as soon as possible." "We fought our way back," Rose said. "We didn't hang our head, even when they went up. The guys who came in did their job." "All the guys want to win, of course," Butler said. "We're all in this together. Everybody is doing their part, taking care of their body. And when we do hit adversity from here on out, I hope we know how to turn from it." As for Gibson, X-rays revealed his fracture after Monday's loss to the Hawks. He tried to play Tuesday in Indiana anyway, sitting out the second half. "It's real inflamed and I have to calm it down because right now my muscles are spasming around it," Gibson said. "I kept trying to push the X-ray off because I wanted to try to help the team. But as soon as we got it, (the fracture) wasn't even hard to spot. It was a nice size. "(Doctors) were like, 'Are you OK?' I'm like, 'I'm fine. We have a game tomorrow.' It hurts. Every day is a struggle. It's hard to laugh. It's hard to sneeze. But I'm optimistic. Every year, it's pride. I try to give it my all. I can always rest my body after the season." In fact, Gibson said "without question" he would play again this season because "we're trying to make a playoff push." Via K.C. Johnson A.K.™
