EXPANDS INTO ARGENTINA WITH SOUTH AMERICA AFFILIATE, ULLAMP
LAS VEGAS, NV April 29, 2016 World Series of Fighting – Global Championship (WSOF-GC) has once again placed a strategic hold on another viable MMA market, by signing a strategic agreement with Union Latinoamericana de Luchadores de Artes Marciales Profesionales (ULLAMP / Latin America Union of Professional Martial Arts Fighters) in Argentina to showcase their talent on the international MMA landscape.
ULLAMP President, Martin Gabriel Rodriguez states, “It’s a great honor for ULLAMP to join the WSOF Global family. Since 2009, through hard work, dedication, and a love that only true martial arts professionals can understand, we have produced events in seven Latin America countries. We have promoted a total of 59 events featuring amateurs, semi-professional, and professional athletes. Most of our events have been held in Patagonia, but we have extended into every province in Argentina. This partnership will allow us to continue to grow in the international market beyond our current borders. We are excited to bring ULLAMP to every continent in the world.”
ULLAMP CEO, Marcelo Barreira adds, “I want to give a special thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible. It has been an honor to work with many great people in Argentina to develop MMA and other combat sports. This new era will show our fighters from Argentina and Latin America to the rest of the world.
