Gilas Pilipinas lost to
Turkey, but this time the two nationals only separated by 8pts (84-76) unlike
on their first tune-up game held in Istanbul where the Gilas was beaten by 35pts
(103-68).
This will be the last
tune-up game for the Gilas before the proper tournament starts. Gilas first
game for the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be on July 5 against
France at Mall of Asia Arena.
