Registration Fee: Php1,600/per player

A team must have a minimum of 15 players in their roster. Maximum of 20 players per team but only 15 players will be allowed to play per game.

1. Maximum of two (2) 6ft. and above players per team
2. No current collegiate players
3. One (1) ex-pro / semi-pro / former collegiate player per team maybe allowed to play - subject for approval of the league committee
4. No PAY-TO-PLAY players

All teams are required to submit completely filled-up registration and individual waiver form on or before December 20, 2016.

Games will be held every Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00nn. League format TBA upon confirmation of all participating teams.

Battlegrounds: Dapitan Sports Complex / San Andres Sports Complex, Manila / Makati Colisuem
Reservation Fee: Php 7,500.00
Refundable Cash Bond: Php 3,000.00

Winning team will receive an elegant trophy, shirts PLUS other gifts from our sponsors.
