Yuriorkis Gamboa Set For Another Ring Return

Former world champion Cuban defector Yuriorkis Gamboa is set for his ring return following shocking lost to Robinson Castellanos on May 5th in Las Vegas Nevada. 

Yuriorkis "El Ciclon de Guantánamo"  Gamboa  (26-2,17) will be facing  Mexican Alexis Paran (15-2-1,7) on August 12 at Arena Oasis in Cancun Quintana Roo Mexico. 

Back in May Gamboa was upset by rugged Mexican Robinson Castellanos who dropped Gamboa once in third and once again in fourth before quitting on his stool in seventh round. 

Former Three division world champion and Olympic gold medalist Gamboa is fighting under the banner of Golden Boy Promotions. Gamboa's two defeats were came from Terrence Crawford and Robinson Castellanos.
