Not sure if Japan's fans or Argentina's fans, They are intelligent fans

This FIFA World Cup is full of diversified fan's like this guys here. Not sure however if they are Japan's fans or Argentina's fans. They are probably of Japanese descent that is currently living in Argentina or they just know how to pick a team.
