Meralco Bolts extends their win record, increases their playoff spot chances

Another win has been added to Meralco Bolts' record as they try to crack a spot in the playoffs this conference. Allen Durham became the ship's captain of the game as he showed another fantastic performance and listed 31 points, 17 boards and dished 5 assists to end the game with the help of their back up point guard Baser Amer coming off the bench who made 7 straight points during the last two minutes of the pay off period.


Meralco who have lost a couple or more games against their sister team NLEX road Warriors finally forced a victory. "This was a really good team effort on our part today", Norman Black said. As they improve their record in this conference at 5-3, the chances of the squad to move up in the standings are high in terms of making it to the playoff phase of the last conference of this season.


Hodge, Newsome, Dillinger and Nabong also contributed in this game which made a great impact as they all scored in double figures, while Alapag sat out because of ankle injury.
