The Atlanta Hawks isn't exactly standing in their usual position in recent years. After changing their team and letting Jeff Teague go and surprisingly sending Al Hartford to the Celtics, the Hawks management is now considering letting go of the last true Hawks.
Paul Millsap is at the end of his contract and the Hawks Management may not be that confident with the perennial power forward staying in Atlanta. Millsap who is currently averaging 17 points, 8 rebounds and 3.7 assists, an all-star type player will certainly be a hot commodity that other teams would certainly be interested in. I can see a lot of teams needing a consistent big man.
But there is one rumor I would like to mention and it involves the Cleveland Cavaliers and Russel Westbrook's OKC. After the Warriors getting Durant at the beginning of the season, I won't be surprised if Cleveland would do the same thing and pull off another big move.
According to our sources Clevland may ship Love to OKC. OKC will give away their future first round pick to Atlanta thus the Cavs acquiring Millsap and forming a new big three in Cleveland.
