Top Rank Promotions has won the purse bid of the IBF Light Heavyweight Title Eliminator Fight between Canada based Russian Arthur Biterbiev (11-0,11KOs) and German Enrico Koelling (23-1,6KOs) that may take place on the undercard of Jessie Magadaleno title defense against mandatory challenger Cesar Juarez on October 31.
Top Rank purse bid of $315,000 to beat Team Sauerland which only bid $80,000. The winner of the fight will be facing the IBF Light heavyweight world champion Andre Ward.
