In the second game of the FIBA World Cup qualifiers, Jayson Castro William, dubbed as the best point guard in Asia proved that he is still the best, carrying out another exemplary performance and making it work when it matters the most. Knows when to attack - Castro is one of the primary offensive weapons of the Philippines and while the other players knew this already, it seems like they still could not stop the Blur when he wants to score. Against Taiwan, his shot selections were impeccable and his timing could not be greater.

5. Leadership - In the last game, he was vocal and was even suggesting some plays to coach, and rightfully so as he has earned the rights to have a voice in the team. A leader that does not only tell you how it's done but shows you how to do it. A perfect example for other players.
