The East Asia Super League (EASL) has announced a significant expansion by partnering with Mongolia's premier professional basketball competition, 'The League.' Starting in the 2025-26 season, the champion team from 'The League's' 2024-25 season will represent the Mongolian Basketball Association (MBA) in EASL competitions.
This collaboration marks a pivotal moment for basketball in the region, as EASL continues to unite top teams from across Asia. With Mongolia's inclusion, EASL now encompasses champions from leagues in the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR, solidifying its status as the pinnacle of basketball competition in East Asia.
